Total investment: approximately 120 million VND
The fourth floor was a dark, damp, and cluttered storage space. It has two connected rooms sharing a big window. This spacious area is ideal to become a fun and engaging playroom for children. They could climb the stairs to access the space and enjoy plenty of playtime, releasing their energy in a safe and stimulating environment.
The space is for the 4 years old girl to play with her friends and spend the most time with each other, especially during the weekend.

The Structure
By removing the window frame, we’ve created a unique climbing structure that spans both rooms. This design not only offers a variety of physical activities like climbing and swinging, but also encourages imaginative play, hiding, and focused activities like drawing, magnetic games, and studying. The structure is both aesthetically pleasing and high-quality.
The upper deck of the tree house offers a rooftop view, maximizing the room’s potential for adventure. The lower deck is a cozy retreat, perfect for sitting, lounging, and snuggling. A hammock and a play nook add to the inviting atmosphere.

The Elements
The climbing structure is a whimsical tree house adventure. It features a vertical climbing wall with colorful holds, a sturdy rope ladder, and a set of monkey bars. The structure is crafted from natural wood with a beautiful finish.
The design includes a slanted roof, rope balustrades, and various climbing options to get to the upper deck, creating a realistic tree house experience. Laser-cut images of sea animals add a touch of whimsy and encourage imaginative play. This versatile setting can transform into a jungle, a deep sea, or any other location a child can dream of.

The Palette
The soft pink and pastel color palette, a favorite of the girl and her family, brightens up the entire space. The room looks even more beautiful with natural light streaming in. New flooring, doors, and lighting fixtures complete the transformation, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere

Petite Aykla Touch
The initial renovation phase involved waterproofing the roof, installing a new electrical system, and adding doors and locks to make the rooms functional. Subsequently, the interior was refreshed with a new coat of paint on the ceiling and walls, followed by the installation of new flooring. To complete the transformation, furniture was moved in, and the final touches of wall art and accessories were added.

What our clients say
The girl had her friend coming over to play for hours and did not want to get back downstairs, asking for longer stay although they were getting tired and sweaty from all the climbing. The kids engaged in more challenging physical activities than ever, including climbing and swinging. They love staying under the tent. The parent will save up to do more kid spaces for the room next door.
